Types of Mortgages
B&K offers a wide array of mortgages to help you get just what you

Construction Loans
B&K's Start to Finish one-time-close loan allows you to do your construction and permanent financing all at the same time! Our conventional construction loan allows you the flexibility of structuring your loan to fit your schedule. One of these should be just what you need if you're planning on building.
Conventional First Mortgages
For most homebuyers, a conventional mortgage is the answer. B&K Bank
offers both fixed and adjustable rate loans with competitive rates, repayment
options and efficient loan approval.
FHA & VA Loans
If you're a veteran or meet other specific requirements, you may qualify
for a VA or FHA loan. These loans offer a number of special provisions
including lower closing costs and down payments. To find out if you qualify, ask your B&K
Bank mortgage originator.
Second Mortgages
If you already have a mortgage on your home, a second mortgage could give
you cash when you need it most. See your B&K loan officer to select
the second mortgage terms and options that are best for you.
Reverse Mortgage
A reverse mortgage is a home equity loan for those 62 and older. The borrower does not pay back this loan as long as he/she lives in the home - a primary residence. These loan advances are not taxable and there is no prepayment penalty. The amount owed on the loan cannot exceed the net selling price of the home when it's sold. There are no credit or income requirements for a Reverse Mortgage.
Home Equity Loans
Use the equity you've built in your home to consolidate debt or
to fund home improvements and other major purchases. B&K Bank offers
Home Equity Loans as well as Home Equity Lines of Credit.

Please gather this information to complete your application either online or in person:
- Most recent pay check stubs—last 30 days
- Names & addresses of each employer—past two years
- Gross monthly salary
- Bank statements for all checking, savings accounts—last 2 months
- Names, addresses, account numbers, monthly payments on all open loans—real estate included
- Address of other real estate owned
- Landlord addresses—past two years, if applicable.
